Evernow Is a Medical Service, Not a Tracking App

This is the most important thing to understand before comparing Evernow to other apps. Evernow is a telehealth platform that connects you with menopause-specialist clinicians who can prescribe HRT and other treatments. Symptom tracking is part of how you communicate with your clinician — it is not the primary product.

Flo, Clue, Balance, and Horiva are symptom tracking apps. They record data and surface patterns. They do not provide clinical care.

The $49/Month Price Point

$49/month for telehealth menopause care is competitive with other direct-pay telehealth services. The comparison to $9/month for a tracking app is not particularly meaningful because the products do different things.

Where the comparison becomes relevant: if you already have a GP or specialist and just need organised symptom data to bring to appointments, you do not need Evernow. Horiva at $9/month handles that use case — detailed logging, trend visibility, and a PDF export for your existing clinician.

Prescription Costs Are Additional

Evernow’s membership covers the clinical relationship. Prescriptions are filled through a pharmacy at standard pharmacy prices. Depending on your medication, that could add $20–$100+ per month on top of the $49 membership.

Evernow operates in a subset of US states. If you are outside a supported state, it is not an option regardless of price.
